  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Important Notes

  • Bimlash is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays).

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address after the order is shipped.


Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or delivery failure:

  • We will contact you to reship (at your cost), or you may request a store credit minus shipping costs.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed deliveries or refusal to accept the package.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
